Well, it started a few months ago when I heard my brother washing his hands, and everytime he touched something he'd wash his hands. If he touched a cat, he'd wash his hands, if he touched anything almost, he'd wash his hands.
Finally, after I heard him washing his hands for the third time, I relized I shouldn't wash my own hands too much, although I only did it a few times a day.
So, I also relized I couldn't stop these germs forever. So I guess that ends my OCD with bad hand washing. |
